      All pricing is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and includes 10%GST.

      JPY 5% surcharge is sometime applied when Japanese Yen is lower than AUD$1=80 JPY.

      We neither do not taking order by email nor phone anymore. All orders must be order from our website.

      Shampoo boy accepts payment by direct deposit only.

      Please use your name and invoice number as your reference.

      Credit card and Paypal are currently not available.

      Orders will not be sent until the funds have cleared in our bank account.

      We will notify you by email when the payment has been received. If payment is not received within 24 hours your order may be cancelled.

      Shampoo Boy ships all orders via Fastway Couriers with tracking number and signature required on delivery.

      Delivery within Australia

      All orders within Australia will be shipped from our Shampoo boy Sydney warehouse at a variance rate depends on your locations.

      NSW parcel up to 15kg $14.99/parcel
      QLD parcel up to 15kg $29.99/parcel
      VIC parcel up to 15kg $34.99/parcel
      ACT parcel up to 15kg $29.99/parcel
      WA parcel up to 15kg $44.99/parcel
      NT parcel up to 15kg $50.99/parcel
      SA parcel up to 15kg $50.99/parcel
      TAS parcel up to 15kg $44.99/parcel

      All orders placed Tuesday to Thursday by 10:00 (GMT) are dispatched and send on Thursdays.
      All orders placed Friday to Monday are dispatched and send on Tuesdays.
      Orders are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays as our courier closed.

      Other Australia state; QLD, VIC, ACT, WA, NT, SA, TAS orders should arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch.

      We can not be held responsible, if your order is delivered to an address, provided by you, that is incorrect.

      Should you not receive your order within this timescale please contact us.

      Please note: We reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed our cost to ship or any changes that occurs.

      Shampoo boy is not responsible for loss or damage of good in transit.
      If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to return the damaged products to us for assessment.
